ISeeVM requires you to change your voicemail provider from your mobile operator to YouMail. You can signup with YouMail directly from the login page of ISeeVM or if you already have a YouMail account, simply enter your YouMail credentials to sign-in. Once your account is setup, you will need to have your unanswered calls processed by YouMail. In the the call setup settings, you will be presented with a special number to dial to change where your calls get forwarded. On Windows 10, simply click on the numbers presented to have them dial or on all other versions, simply open the ISeeVM Activate contact that was automatically created for you and dial the numbers listed.. Once you've done that, you are now all setup, you can go to the notifications settings to check how you get notified when you have a new voicemail or if you miss a call. You can also go to the greetings list and choose how callers are greeted when you don't pickup a call, by default YouMail sets up a Smart Greeting, greeting your caller by name, you can easily change it by choosing another standard greeting or recording your own directly in ISeeVM.
If you go into the contacts page, you can select Upload to send your phone contacts to YouMail, this will make a copy of your current contact in your YouMail account. Even if you don't upload your contacts to YouMail, when you look at your messages, your local contact information will be used to display the call and message information.

You can press on the "Select" button on the ApplicationBar, then start selecting one or multiple messages and choose the action to perform on them: Delete, Flag, Mark as Read, Move... Alternatively, you can hold on a message and a conext menu will pop-up with options.
Yes, simply go to the lockscreen settings and add ISeeVM as one of your badges. When you have new voicemails they will show up on the lock screen. (You can also get the caller information and beginning of the transcription of you choose ISeeVM as the detailed status application).
